Copyright & Authorship
“Thieves respect property. They merely wish the property to become their property that they may more perfectly respect it.” – Chesterton
The different kinds of material that is available on the site is often shamelessly pirated from sources usually already available on the internet. This is of course not the best method and many different (including ethical) complications arise. The visitor should always presume that the Audio/Video/eBook material (along with the images included in posts) is from a third party source and that I’m not the author, nor the copyright holder, unless otherwise stated. I always try to link to the original source if possible. If you are the the copyright holder and have found something on the site that you feel should be taken down, or if there is some other complication, then please notify me on my e-mail and I will try to reasonably solve the problem. Although I have received requests like this before, to which I have complied, I may not do so in every instance. I am consciously breaking the law in some cases here and am willing to face legal consequences if necessary. But I think that these issues can be solved without the need of such drastic measures.
A lot of content on the site is not my own work, but whatever is my work is licensed with the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Unported Licence.
I do not financially or academically profit for running the site and am not affiliated with, nor endorsed by any institution or ‘academic person’, including the authors featured on the site. As of 4. February 2010, I’ve added the option for people to send me gift certificates.

Please, I would like to quote your site (MLA style), who are you? And can you maybe remember when you opened this site? Thank you,
Anny

I’ve sent an email to the address you provided when you left a comment.
Hi, Mariborchar!
I found a vertigenous collection of books on your website and want to thank you in person.
I would like to replicate those books on a separate website in Ukraine. Wanted to ask your permission.
Thanks
@Pavlo
No need to ask permission for ebooks from me: this is piracy, just take it and be quiet! The copyright holders on the other hand, they might not be so pleased..
But a reference or a link is always appreciated. Could you point me to the website you’re making? Perhaps we could collaborate.
